Each time I do my grocery shopping at Sprouts located at 1011 N San Fernando Road in Burbank CA it makes my day! The prices, the quality of their healthy products, the cleanliness of the store and oh yes the friendliness and service of the entire staff are superb! It's such a delight to come and enjoy shopping at this location that is so perfect! Shamika and Jorge and everyone at the deli who always prepare the sandwiches when I am under a tight schedule. Patty, Liz and Eva and the others who always assist me at the self checkout machine despite the busyness of the day, and of course Susan, Patricia, Lena and others who are so knowledgeable with the vitamins and supplements to make me stay healthy. Thank you to the ENTIRE STAFF AT THIS BRANCH WHO DEFINITELY DESERVE A GOOD RAISE, BENEFITS, AND BONUSES! I also want to thank all the managers for making Sprouts Burbank THE NUMBER ONE!
I want to highlight Kathleen in the bath/body section. I'm sure she greets a hundred people a day and I am just one face she comes across every couple of weeks, but she never hesitates to greet me like I'm her first customer and ask me if I need help finding anything. After peppering her with questions about magnesium powder a few weeks ago, she answered all of them and helped me decide the product I was seeking. Today, she asked if I needed help finding anything and the only reason I said "no thank you" was because she explained the products so well last visit, I knew exactly what I was looking for. After I checked out, I headed back to her aisle to let her know what a calm, knowledgeable presence she is. Thanks again, Kathleen!
I have been to many sprouts in the local community, but this one is my favorite! I love the staff, especially Pattie who is not only the most helpful cashier, she is one of the friendliest people. She seems to know everyone and always has a welcoming smile. I shop where I feel welcomed, and I always feel welcomed by the staff here. The merchandise is also on point here and they have great discounts. They also have amazing flowers and plants. This Sprouts never disappoints. I never tire of shopping here.
The Burbank Sprouts is the best! All the employees are courteous and helpful. Evelyn and Patty are always friendly and helpful at checkout. Evelyn and Patty know everything so if I miss something, they are there to help me out. They always dress up in the cutest outfits for different holidays. I love that! I have been going to this location for years and it's great to see their lovely faces every time I go. This sprouts gives off that small town feeling and that's why I love shopping there.

So grateful for Kathleen in the supplement section she offered me a variety of the things that I needed and gave me a well description of what works better. Extremely clean supermarket to shop from the 'City of Burbank,' CA. I love Burbank!!!! I found this Sprouts was due to supporting 'Favoritea Cafe,' across the street. Found a pack of facial cleansing towels for an extremely reasonable price like under $5. Super friendly service and free plaza parking. Il be back in a flash!!!!
